Processes client applications to determine eligibility for benefits; provides information concerning eligibility for services and monitors client cases. Performs a wide variety of administrative and supportive tasks and duties. Work with clients and potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls, face-to-face meetings and email. Make an initial determination of eligibility, schedule appointments, and refer potential clients to appropriate staff, Sub-Recipient or other service provider. Establish case file when necessary. Prepare and/or copy required documentation to assist in the delivery of services. Enter client data into automated management information systems and update the data as needed.
